    Brewery: The Seed: A Living Beer Project, Atlantic City, NJ

    Description: A so-called “modern” West Coast IPA dry-hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy hops.

    ABV: 7%

    Pairing suggestions: Seafood such as lobster rolls, crabs, shrimp tacos, grilled salmon or Vietnamese cuisine including crispy spring rolls, pho or banh mi.
