The victims were taken to area hospitals, where police said the teenage girl later died from her injuries.

The man’s condition has not been released. Police initially identified both victims as adults before clarifying Sunday that the girl was 17.

Police issued a preliminary lookout for two males who may have been traveling in a black sedan.

The department said additional details are expected to be released later Sunday.
